Anti-H174 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The H174 antigen is another term for the human protein C-X-C motif chemokine ligand 11, encoded by the CXCL11 gene. The protein is known to function in GPCR signaling pathways and cell to cell signaling, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 94 residues and a mass of 10.4 kilodaltons. It is a secreted protein and it is notably expressed in peripheral blood leukocytes, pancreas and liver astrocytes. The H174 protein is a member of the Intercrine alpha (chemokine CxC) protein family. Other alias names for H174 include I-TAC and IP-9.
