Anti-MDia2 antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene DIAPH3, or 'diaphanous related formin 3' in humans. The 1193-amino acid protein is a member of the Formin homology family, Diaphanous subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic and nuclear.
