Anti-IME4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IME4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the METTL3 gene, which encodes methyltransferase 3, N6-adenosine-methyltransferase complex catalytic subunit. This protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and forebrain radial glial cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of IME4 has a canonical amino acid length of 580 residues and a protein mass of 64.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. IME4 is a member of the MT-A70-like protein family. Indicated applications for IME4 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
