Anti-ITI antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ITI antigen is another term for the human protein alpha-1-microglobulin/bikunin precursor, encoded by the AMBP gene. The protein is known to function in cell adhesion, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 352 residues and a mass of 39 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane, nucleus, extracellular matrix, mitochondria, ER, cytoplasm, and is secreted. The ITI protein is a member of the Lipocalin protein family. Other alias names for ITI include A1M, A1M, and EDC1. Western Blot is the most common application for the ITI antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
