Anti-HTR3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HTR3 is a known alias name of the protein 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3A, encoded by the HTR3A gene in humans. This 478-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in chemical synaptic transmission and signal transduction pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be expressed in cerebral cortex, amygdala, hippocampus, and testis. Indicated applications for HTR3 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
