Anti-HNRPCL2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HNRPCL2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the RALY gene, which encodes RALY heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein. This protein is known to function in cholesterol metabolism and homeostasis and RNA splicing, among other biological roles. The human version of HNRPCL2 has a canonical amino acid length of 306 residues and a protein mass of 32.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as P542. Indicated applications for HNRPCL2 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
