Anti-IES6 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the IES6 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the INO80C gene, which encodes INO80 complex subunit C. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of IES6 has a canonical amino acid length of 192 residues and a protein mass of 20.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for IES6 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
