Anti-HRASLS1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HRASLS1 is a known alias name of the protein phospholipase A and acyltransferase 1, encoded by the PLAAT1 gene in humans. This 168-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in lens fiber cell differentiation and the metabolism of lipids, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus and cytoplasm of the cell.
