Anti-HZF3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HZF3 antigen is another term for the human protein nuclear receptor subfamily 4 group A member 2, encoded by the NR4A2 gene. The protein is a reported transcriptional regulator which is important for the differentiation and maintenance of meso-diencephalic dopaminergic (mdDA) neurons during development. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 598 residues and a mass of 66.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in a number of cell lines of T-cell, B-cell and fibroblast origin. The HZF3 protein is a member of the Nuclear hormone receptor protein family.
