Anti-HPE4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the HPE4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TGIF1 gene, which encodes TGFB induced factor homeobox 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of HPE4 has a canonical amino acid length of 401 residues and a protein mass of 43 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. HPE4 is a member of the TALE/TGIF homeobox protein family. Indicated applications for HPE4 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
