Anti-HPCN1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The HPCN1 antigen is another term for the human protein potassium voltage-gated channel subfamily A member 5, encoded by the KCNA5 gene. The protein is known to function in the Notch signaling pathway, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 613 residues and a mass of 67.2 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is expressed in many tissues, such as the bronchus, stomach, and appendix. The HPCN1 protein is a member of the Potassium channel protein family. Other alias names for HPCN1 include ATFB7, ATFB7, and HCK1. Western Blot is the most common application for the HPCN1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
