Anti-HFSP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HFSP is a known alias name of the protein granzyme A, encoded by the GZMA gene in humans. This 262-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the apoptotic pathway and immune response pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm and is secreted of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, bone marrow, and appendix. Other synonyms for HFSP include CTLA3 and CTLA3. Western Blot is the most common application for the HFSP antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
