Anti-HCC8 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target HCC8 is a known alias name of the protein VPS54 subunit of GARP complex, encoded by the VPS54 gene in humans. This 977-amino acid residue protein is known to act as component of the GARP complex that is involved in retrograde transport from early and late endosomes to the trans-Golgi network (TGN). It is localized to the Golgi of the cell. Indicated applications for HCC8 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
