Anti-GAL10 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GAL10 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CLC gene, which encodes Charcot-Leyden crystal galectin. This protein is reported to regulate immune responses through the recognition of cell-surface glycans. The human version of GAL10 has a canonical amino acid length of 142 residues and a protein mass of 16.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, and bone marrow. This target antigen may also be known as LGALS10. Indicated applications for GAL10 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
