Anti-H-Sema-L antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The H-Sema-L antigen is another term for the human protein semaphorin 7A (John Milton Hagen blood group), encoded by the SEMA7A gene. The protein is known to play an important role in integrin-mediated signaling and functions both in regulating cell migration and immune responses. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 666 residues and a mass of 74.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is notably expressed in skin keratinocytes and on endothelial cells from skin blood vessels. The H-Sema-L protein is a member of the Semaphorin protein family. Other alias names for H-Sema-L include CD108, CD108, and CDw108.
