Anti-Gababrbp antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Gababrbp is a known alias name of the protein janus kinase and microtubule interacting protein 1, encoded by the JAKMIP1 gene in humans. This 626-amino acid residue protein is reported to associate with microtubules and may play a role in the microtubule-dependent transport of the GABA-B receptor. It is localized to the membrane and cytoplasm of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the neural tissues and lymphoid cells. Indicated applications for Gababrbp antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
