Anti-CSR1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CSR1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SCARA3 gene, which encodes scavenger receptor class A member 3. This protein is known to function in the response to oxidative stress, among other biological roles. The human version of CSR1 has a canonical amino acid length of 606 residues and a protein mass of 65.1 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER and Golgi of cells. Other names for this target antigen include APC7 and CSR. Indicated applications for CSR1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
