Anti-ERdj4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the ERdj4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DNAJB9 gene, which encodes DnaJ heat shock protein family (Hsp40) member B9. This protein is known to function in B cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of ERdj4 has a canonical amino acid length of 223 residues and a protein mass of 25.5 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the ER of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as MDG-1. Indicated applications for ERdj4 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunoprecipitation, and Immunohistochemistry.
