Anti-DNMAP1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DNMAP1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DMAP1 gene, which encodes DNA methyltransferase 1 associated protein 1. This protein is known to function in chromatin remodeling and DNA repair, among other biological roles. The human version of DNMAP1 has a canonical amino acid length of 467 residues and a protein mass of 53 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. These DNMAP1 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
