DAP2, or Discs, large (Drosophila) homolog-associated protein 2, is a human gene encoded by DLGAP2. It may also be known as: Disks large-associated protein 2; DAP-2; PSD-95/SAP90-binding protein 2; SAP90/PSD-95-associated protein 2; SAPAP2. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 1054 and a mass of 117.6 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. DAP2 is a member of the SAPAP family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Zebrafish, Frog, Chicken.
