Anti-CRV antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CRV antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TREX1 gene, which encodes three prime repair exonuclease 1. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and blood vessel development, among other biological roles. The human version of CRV has a canonical amino acid length of 314 residues and a protein mass of 33.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the membrane, nucleus, ER, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as AGS1. Western Blot is the most common application for the CRV antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
