Anti-CTRP12 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CTRP12 is a known alias name of the protein C1q and TNF related 12, encoded by the C1QTNF12 gene in humans. This 302-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cellular localization and carbohydrate metabolism and homeostasis, among other biological processes. The protein is secreted and features cleaved and glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for CTRP12 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunohistochemistry.
