Anti-CD23A antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD23A antigen is another term for the human protein Fc epsilon receptor II, encoded by the FCER2 gene. The protein is known to function in immune response pathways, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 321 residues and a mass of 36.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. It is expressed in the tonsil, spleen, lymph node, bone marrow, and appendix. Other alias names for CD23A include BLAST-2 and CD23. These CD23A antibodies are widely used in Flow Cytometry experiments, among other applications.
