Anti-CAMKP antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CAMKP antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PPM1F gene, which encodes protein phosphatase, Mg2+/Mn2+ dependent 1F. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of CAMKP has a canonical amino acid length of 454 residues and a protein mass of 49.8 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as CaMKPase. Indicated applications for CAMKP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
