Anti-DYNAP antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein dynactin associated protein. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 210 amino acid residues and a mass of 22.5 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the Golgi and cell membrane. It is reported to be expressed in fibroblast and numerous cancer cell lines. DYNAP is reported to play a role in the regulation of cell proliferation. DYNAP gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the DYNAP antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
