Anti-DUBA7 Antibody Products

Anti-DUBA7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DUBA7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the OTUD1 gene, which encodes OTU deubiquitinase 1. This protein is a type of deubiquitinating enzyme that specifically hydrolyzes 'Lys-63'-linked polyubiquitin to monoubiquitin. The human version of DUBA7 has a canonical amino acid length of 481 residues and a protein mass of 51.1 kilodaltons. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include OTU domain-containing protein 1 and OTU domain containing 1.

This is used for in vitro translation activity detection. Cells transfected for 24h were collected and the samples were stained with this antibody, and then a PE secondary antibody was used. The positive percentage of cells in the transfected samples was about 99%, and the effect was very good.

After transfecting the mRNA into the cells, cells were collected for 24 hours and stained with this antibody, and then stained with a PE-labeled secondary antibody. After staining, flow cytometry showed that the positive percentage of the transfected cells was as high as 98%.
