Anti-DHC1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target DHC1 is a known alias name of the protein dynein cytoplasmic 1 heavy chain 1, encoded by the DYNC1H1 gene in humans. This 4646-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in cell division, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasm of the cell. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the caudate, urinary bladder, and breast. Other synonyms for DHC1 include CDCBM13 and CMT2O. Indicated applications for DHC1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
