Anti-CLCK2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CLCK2 is a known alias name of the protein chloride voltage-gated channel 5, encoded by the CLCN5 gene in humans. This 816-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in endocytosis, among other biological processes. It is localized to the Golgi and cell membrane of the cell and features ubiquitinated post-translational modifications. Other synonyms for CLCK2 include CLC5 and ClC-5.
