Anti-CDB1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CDB1 is a known alias name of the protein transforming growth factor beta induced, encoded by the TGFBI gene in humans. This 683-amino acid residue protein is reported to play a role in cell adhesion. It is localized to the extracellular matrix and is secreted of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the corneal epithelium. Other synonyms for CDB1 include BIGH3 and BIGH3. Western Blot is the most common application for the CDB1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
