Anti-ATPO antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ATPO antigen is another term for the human protein ATP synthase peripheral stalk subunit OSCP, encoded by the ATP5PO gene. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 213 residues and a mass of 23.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the mitochondria and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The ATPO protein is a member of the ATPase delta chain protein family. Other alias names for ATPO include ATP5O and ATP5O. Indicated applications for ATPO antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
