Anti-ACCN antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target ACCN is a known alias name of the protein acid sensing ion channel subunit 2, encoded by the ASIC2 gene in humans. This 512-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in nervous system development and chemical synaptic transmission, among other biological processes.
