Anti-FAB1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The FAB1 antigen is another term for the human protein phosphoinositide kinase, FYVE-type zinc finger containing, encoded by the PIKFYVE gene. The protein is known to function in intracellular signal transduction, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2098 residues and a mass of 237.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasmic vesicles and membrane. Western Blot is a widely used application for the FAB1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
