Anti-EBS3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The EBS3 antigen is another term for the human protein keratin 14, encoded by the KRT14 gene. The protein is known to function in pathways of aging and epidermis development, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 472 residues and a mass of 51.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in the corneal epithelium. The EBS3 protein is a member of the Intermediate filament protein family. Other alias names for EBS3 include CK14, CK14, and EBS1. Some EBS3 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
