Anti-DBY antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DBY antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DDX3Y gene, which encodes DEAD-box helicase 3 Y-linked. This protein is known to function in cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of DBY has a canonical amino acid length of 660 residues and a protein mass of 73.2 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow, urinary bladder, and appendix. This target antigen may also be known as ATP-dependent RNA helicase DDX3Y. Indicated applications for DBY antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
