Anti-CYSLT1R antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CYSLT1R is a known alias name of the protein cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1, encoded by the CYSLTR1 gene in humans. This 337-amino acid residue protein is a known receptor for cysteinyl leukotrienes mediating bronchoconstriction of individuals with and without asthma. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is found to be widely expressed, with highest levels in spleen and peripheral blood leukocytes. Other synonyms for CYSLT1R include CYSLT1 and CYSLTR. Western Blot is the most common application for the CYSLT1R antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
