Anti-CLIK2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CLIK2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the DCLK2 gene, which encodes doublecortin like kinase 2. This protein is known to function in brain development and intracellular signal transduction, among other biological roles. The human version of CLIK2 has a canonical amino acid length of 766 residues and a protein mass of 83.6 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the duodenum and small intestine. CLIK2 is a member of the CAMK Ser/Thr protein kinase protein family. Indicated applications for CLIK2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
