Anti-CER2 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CER2 is a known alias name of the protein DAN domain BMP antagonist family member 5, encoded by the DAND5 gene in humans. This 189-amino acid residue protein is believed to play a role in the correct specification of the left-right axis. The protein is secreted and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. Indicated applications for CER2 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
