Anti-FinGER1 Antibody Products

Anti-FinGER1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the FinGER1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the YIPF1 gene, which encodes Yip1 domain family member 1. This protein is known to function in vesicle-mediated transport, among other biological roles. The human version of FinGER1 has a canonical amino acid length of 306 residues and a protein mass of 34.3 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the Golgi of cells and notably expressed in the salivary gland, prostate, lung, liver, and gallbladder. Other names for this target antigen include DJ167A19.1 and DJ167A19.1.

  • KRAS Related Products

KRAS is one of the most frequently mutated oncogenes in human cancers, playing a critical role in tumor initiation, progression, and therapeutic resistance. Mutations such as KRAS G12C, G12D, G12V, and G13D are commonly observed in lung, colorectal, and pancreatic cancers, making KRAS a high-value but historically challenging drug target. TargetMol provides KRAS-related products, including a comprehensive range of small-molecule inhibitors, biochemical tools, and research reagents designed to ...

  • KO-validated TSC2 Detection for mTOR Signaling

I study signaling pathways, with a focus on the TSC1/TSC2–mTORC1 axis that controls growth and nutrient sensing. I use this antibody to monitor TSC2 (Tuberin) levels by western blot IN TSC2 KO cells when probing how perturbations affect mTOR pathway activity.
  • Detected GAPDH in Western Blot

This ab worked great to detect GAPDH in a western blot against human PBMC's. We saw minimal background in the western blot.
