Anti-EFL3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target EFL3 is a known alias name of the protein ephrin B1, encoded by the EFNB1 gene in humans. This 346-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in axon guidance and cell adhesion, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated, cleaved and phosphorylated post-translational modifications. In terms of tissue expression, it is widely expressed across many tissue types. Other synonyms for EFL3 include CFND, CFNS, and EFB1. Western Blot is the most common application for the EFL3 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
