Anti-EDH antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The EDH antigen is another term for the human protein gap junction protein beta 6, encoded by the GJB6 gene. The protein is known to function in pathways of aging and the apoptotic pathway, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 261 residues and a mass of 30.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. The EDH protein is a member of the Connexin protein family. Other alias names for EDH include CX30, DFNA3, and DFNA3B. Indicated applications for EDH antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
