Anti-Drd1b antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Drd1b is a known alias name of the protein dopamine receptor D5, encoded by the DRD5 gene in humans. This 477-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in GPCR signaling pathways and chemical synaptic transmission, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in the cerebellum and cerebral cortex. Other synonyms for Drd1b include DBDR and DRD1L2. Western Blot is the most common application for the Drd1b antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
