Anti-CT1.4 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CT1.4 antigen is another term for the human protein MAGE family member A4, encoded by the MAGEA4 gene. The protein is reported to regulate cell proliferation through the inhibition of cell cycle arrest at the G1 phase. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 317 residues and a mass of 34.9 kilodaltons. It is expressed in the testis. Other alias names for CT1.4 include MAGE-41 and MAGE-X2. Indicated applications for CT1.4 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Immunohistochemistry.
