CRISP9, or Peptidase inhibitor 16, is a human gene encoded by PI16. It may also be known as: PI-16; Cysteine-rich secretory protein 9; CRISP-9; PSP94-binding protein; microseminoprotein, beta-binding protein; MSMBBP; PSPBP. The encoded protein has an amino acid length of 463 and a mass of 49.5 kDa. Other isoforms may exist. CRISP9 is a member of the CRISP family. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Rat, Chicken.
