Anti-CD45-AP antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target CD45-AP is a known alias name of the protein protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C associated protein, encoded by the PTPRCAP gene in humans. This protein has a canonical amino acid length of 206 residues and a mass of 21.2 kDa. It is localized to the membrane of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the appendix and colon. Other synonyms for CD45-AP include LPAP and CD45 associated protein. Indicated applications for CD45-AP antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
