Anti-CAM-PDE-1A antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the CAM-PDE-1A antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the PDE1A gene, which encodes phosphodiesterase 1A. This protein is known to function in signal transduction pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of CAM-PDE-1A has a canonical amino acid length of 535 residues and a protein mass of 61.3 kilodaltons, although 9 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. This target antigen may also be known as HCAM-1.
