Anti-Fars1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Fars1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the FARS2 gene, which encodes phenylalanyl-tRNA synthetase 2, mitochondrial. The human version of Fars1 has a canonical amino acid length of 451 residues and a protein mass of 52.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the mitochondria of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow, tonsil, and adrenal gland. This target antigen may also be known as COXPD14. Indicated applications for Fars1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
