Anti-DP4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DP4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TFDP3 gene, which encodes transcription factor Dp family member 3. This protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and the regulation of transcription, among other biological roles. The human version of DP4 has a canonical amino acid length of 405 residues and a protein mass of 45 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells. This target antigen may also be known as CT30.
