Anti-DNPI antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DNPI antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SLC17A6 gene, which encodes solute carrier family 17 member 6. This protein is known to function in the transport of ions, among other biological roles. The human version of DNPI has a canonical amino acid length of 582 residues and a protein mass of 64.4 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the cytoplasmic vesicles and cell membrane of cells and notably expressed in the pancreas, cerebral cortex, and cerebellum. DNPI is a member of the Sodium/anion cotransporter protein family. Indicated applications for DNPI antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
