Anti-Dcsign antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Dcsign is a known alias name of the protein CD209 molecule, encoded by the CD209 gene in humans. This 404-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in adaptive immune responses and endocytosis, among other biological processes. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in the dendritic cells and in DC-residing tissues. Other synonyms for Dcsign include CDSIGN, CLEC4L, and DC-SIGN. These Dcsign antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
