CYPJ, or Peptidylprolyl isomerase like 3, is a human gene encoded by PPIL3. It may also be known as: Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase-like 3; Cyclophilin J; CyPJ; Cyclophilin-like protein PPIL3; Rotamase PPIL3; peptidylprolyl isomerase (cyclophilin)-like 3. The encoded protein is an enzyme with an amino acid length of 161 and a mass of 18.2 kDa. CYPJ is a member of the Cyclophilin-type PPIase family, PPIL3 subfamily. Homologs of this gene exist in other organisms, including: Mouse, Zebrafish, Chicken.
